Welcome to Unlock Your Employability Skills and Learn from Recruiters

Defining and communicating your skills and competences plays an important part when applying for work in Finland. It is easier to find suitable job opportunities when you are aware of your strengths and know how to present them effectively to employers.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to identify your skills and get practical tips on how to highlight them  in job application documents and job interviews. Recruitment professionals from Heimo Henkilöstöpalvelut will also  join us to share their perspective on what recruiters look for and how to present your skills and competences effectively throughout the recruitment process.

The workshop will be held at Lahti campus and it's organized in collaboration with the Future Talents Lahti programme. Welcome to gain valuable insights directly from recruitment professionals and strengthen your job search skills!
