Welcome to Career Path Finder. 

The Career Path Finder workshop is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge, strategies, and skills to create a robust career plan and effectively manage your career trajectory while and after studying in Finland. In today's competitive job market, having a clear yet flexible career vision and a well-defined action plan is crucial for long-term success and personal fulfillment.

 In this workshop we will critically dissect the components of a good career plan.  We will start with defining tangible, doable and beneficial goals by learning various goal setting techniques and learn how to create a realistic plan to achieve them. We will revisit these goals and learn how to modify them in order to reach a result that serve our aspirations. The workshop is suitable for you dear student regardless of the stage you are in currently. An open mind and a wide perspective are all you need to join Career Path Finder. All the activities in the workshop are designed to broaden our vision and see the whole picture while keeping our goals as the core. We will openly tackle the factors that might effect the process of building a prospers, flexible, doable and realistic career plan within reasonable timeframe. 

Please notice that the registration is binding. This event requires at least 5 participants to take place. Remember also that commitment and reliability are very important work life skills in Finland. Therefore, no-show is not an option! If you cannot attend the training, please show your reliability and cancel the registration.
